India vs South Africa Capetown Test: भारत और साउथ अफ्रीका के बीच टेस्ट सीरीज का दूसरा मुकाबला केपटाउन के न्यूलैंड्स ग्राउंड पर खेला जा रहा है। सेंचुरियन टेस्ट ढाई दिन में ही खत्म हो गया था। अब केपटाउन टेस्ट जिस मोड़ पर है ऐसा लग रहा है कि दो दिन में ही मैच खत्म हो जाएगा। इस मुकाबले के पहले दिन ही दो पारी खत्म हो गईं और साउथ अफ्रीका ने अपनी दूसरी पारी में भी दिन के अंत तक 3 विकेट गंवा दिए। यानी पहले दिन ही 23 विकेट गिर गए।
133 साल का रिकॉर्ड ध्वस्त
किसी टेस्ट मैच के पहले दिन सबसे ज्यादा विकेटों की बात करें तो यह दूसरा सबसे बड़ा आंकड़ा है। टॉप पर है 25 विकेट जो ऑस्ट्रेलिया और इंग्लैंड के बीच 1902 में मेलबर्न के ग्राउंड पर गिरे थे। वहीं 1890 में इंग्लैंड और ऑस्ट्रेलिया के बीच ही द ओवल के मैदान पर एक दिन में 22 विकेट गिरे थे। यानी 133 साल बाद 22 विकेटों का आंकड़ा टूटा और केपटाउन टेस्ट के पहले दिन ही 23 विकेट गिर गए। जबकि ओवरऑल किसी टेस्ट मैच के एक दिन में यह चौथा सबसे ज्यादा विकेटों का आंकड़ा है।
